For our latest coffee release from Yemen, we went all the way to Al Qanis village, 120km away from Sana'a. We decided to name the coffee Al-Wadi, after Wadi Sharif where many of the farmers from the village harvest their coffees.
Al-Wadi is a sweet coffee, characterized by strong date syrup and raisin notes, with slight hints of citrus and floral flavors. As it cools down, it will surprise you with the diversity and development of its flavor notes. Al-Wadi is truly a coffee for the connoisseurs.
