DOTA is our first offering from Costa Rica: a unique Heirloom coffee with an impressive cup score of 88. It is a naturally processed coffee, having undergone aerobic fermentation for 29 hours and then monitored for 20 days as the cherries dry in the sun.

DOTA promises a fruity cup, full of citrus and tropical notes and a hint of cranberries. It will leave a sweet aftertaste with hints of cola and honey, while its smooth milk chocolate finish shines brightest in milk-based drinks.
This delicious coffee is brought to you directly from the Tres Milagros farm, which has been in the Facusse family for 55 years. Initially, the farm was planted with Bourbon and Catuai, producing exquisite coffees with the best qualities of the Dota-Tarrazú region. Since 2011, however, Mr. Camilo Merizalde from The Santuario Project and the Facusse Family have been revolutionizing specialty coffee production in the region by planting new varietals: Geisha, Heirloom, Typica, F1, Villa Sarchi and many more. DOTA is a product of this great project, and we cannot wait for you to try it.
